Is pickup and drop really free?
Yes, always. There is no minimum order, no delivery fee, no distance charge within our service area. Whether you have three shirts or thirty, pickup and drop is included on every order. Just WhatsApp us your address.
How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup. Same-day service is often possible — ask us on WhatsApp when you book. Our 24-hour express service is launching soon across all branches.
What's the difference between regular wear and premium wear?
Regular wear covers everyday clothes: shirts, trousers, kurtas, t-shirts, pajamas. Premium wear covers formal and occasion wear: suits, sarees (including silk and chiffon), lehengas, sherwanis, jackets, blazers. We inspect every item before processing and will confirm on WhatsApp if anything needs special handling beyond our standard tiers.
Do you clean sofas, carpets, shoes, and curtains?
Yes. Sofa cleaning starts from ₹199 per seat, carpet cleaning from ₹25 per square foot, shoe cleaning from ₹299 per pair. Curtains and bags are quoted on inspection. Free pickup and drop applies to these services across all branches.
How do I book a pickup?
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 88263 29146 with your address. We'll confirm the pickup time and send a pickup partner — usually within 2 hours. You can also call the same number during our 9 AM to 9 PM hours.
Can I open a OnePrice franchise?
Yes. OnePrice runs on a FOCO (Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated) model. You run the storefront and handle local customer pickups; we run cleaning, pressing, batch logistics, brand, training, and marketing. Franchisees keep 40% of revenue.
